1. On each end of cable should have label better to use numbe rings.
2. Label on Patch Panel and User end should be must.
3. Try to connect at same port from Patch panel to Switch.
4. Use ties to dress the cables
5. For wifi ports put Wifi label there too to avoid connecting other devices over that port.
6. Should have Trunk way during building design.
